YEAR 1- International Diploma In Business (IDB)/ National Diploma
Equivalent to year 1 of a 3 year UK honors BBA degree / National Qualifications

Entry Requirements: On entry a student preferably should have either 'A' Level pass or High school pass or equivalent.
Academic Progression: Allows entry to either theinternational Advanced Diploma in Business(IADIB) / Higher National diploma, equivalent to year 2 of a typical UK honors degree, or the second year of many UK university programmes of study.
Career Progression: The attraction of the NCC Education diploma is its built-in range of modules and its relevance to a wide range of careers in retail, finance, marketing and human resources. YEAR 2 - International Advanced Diploma in Business (IADB)/ HND (Higher National Diploma)
Equivalent to year 2 of a 3 year UK honors BBA degree / National Qualifications

You have completed the International Diploma in Business and wish to continue with year 2 of the International Degree Journey. Or you wish to pursue a position in the business world ranging from marketing executives to business analysts, and then this programme is for you.

Entry Requirements : On entry a student must have -The NCC Education International Diploma in Business (IDB) qualification
Academic Progression: The qualification allows entry to either NCC Education's final year top-up programmes in Business (BSc BA) or the 3rd year of many UK university programmes of study. Thus gaining entry into a UK university. Some of the UK Destinations/ universities are listed at the back of this, but there are many more that participate in this programme.
Career Progression: You will learn how to become a persuasive communicator, make logical decisions, and examine marketing theories and human resources policies. Students are likely to seek work initially as a trainee manager in a large organization or a junior manager in a small organization before moving onto more senior management positions in accounting, banking, marketing or insurance sectors.

YEAR 3 - BSc (Hons) Business Administration (BSc BA)
Perquisite : International Advanced Diploma in Business

The BSc (Hons) in Business Administration is a final year top –up programme validated & awarded by the UK University. This stimulating and rewarding degree-top up programme teaches you to effectively research analyze and manage business relationships. It is delivered online, using the state-of-the-art 'Campus' learning environment and also gives you the option and academic skills to progress to postgraduate studies.
Entry Requirements

  • Successful graduates of the NCC Education International Advanced Diploma in Business who have obtained a mark of 50% in at least four modules (60 credits) at the first attempt and at least 40% in the remaining modules or;

Learning Outcomes :You should be able to demonstrate:

  • Knowledge and understanding in areas including markets and customers, finance, human issues, operational issues, the use of ICT and the development of policy and strategy.
  • Relevant skills appropriate to the business domain such as critical thinking, analysis, evaluation and synthesis.
  • Subject-specific practical and professional skills including the application of knowledge and understanding in contemporary issues in business such as change management, global business strategies, and markets and the ability to research business and management issues.
  • Transferable skills in areas such as problem-solving, communication, quantitative skills, interpersonal skills and research skills.

Academic Progression: Graduates gain the knowledge and understanding required at management level in an international business arena. Graduates may also progress onto postgraduate study.
Career Progression: A variety of students have gone onto positions including International Marketing Manager, Researcher and Senior Operations Executive for a series of blue-chip organisations.

Assessment
Assessment for each module includes Assignment & Examination .Some modules also give credit for participation in online discussion forums.

Progression: On Completion of the degree, students will have the knowledge and understanding required at various levels in an international business work environment as well as the skills required to research, analyze and manage business relationships. Graduates will be qualified to apply for entry to a wide range of post graduate programmes with universities around the word, including the NCC education Postgraduate diploma in Business Management from which students may complete an MBA.
