PhD degree is your chance to create original work and advance knowledge in your academic field. You’ll have the opportunity to make new discoveries, challenge conventional wisdom, and make a real impact in your subject. The university has multiple areas of research in field of business management and information technology.
- Intakes: October, February and May: However the university does accept applications all the time of the year as the program is research based and very different than the programme in MBA.
- Duration: 3-5 years (typical timeframe); The program is 3 years full time. The university encourages and prefer that all the students to finish their study in 3 years.
- English Requirement: Academic IELTS score of 7.0 with at least 7.0 in writing and at least 6.5 in other units If the students have one HE degree from UK University then they do not need an IELTS if they finished the programme recently.
Whilst most of our PhD students study full-time, you may study on a part-time basis if you wish. The expectation of part-time study is typically half the number of hours per week, but there can be flexibility with this.
UAE Candidates need to visit the campus in London 3 times in a year for a short duration ( 1 to 2 days)
Doctorate Level (Level 8) Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership- Awarded By QUALIFI – UK
The Doctorate level (Level 8) Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership is awarded by QUALIFI – UK (Ofqual – UK Recognition). Designed for directors and senior managers who have the authority across organizations and personal inspiration to translate organizational strategy into effective performance, the program will develop the senior learner’s ability to apply critical reflective thinking and be in a position to challenge and critique management models, concepts and ideas.
Eligibility Criteria
An ideal candidate would have successfully completed their post graduate level program in any discipline with at least 2 years work experience. Candidates not holding Master’s degree but with substantial work experience will also be considered on case to case basis.
Progression to other programs
Learners studying the Qualifi Level 8 Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership should be able to progress to:

The qualification is made up of 7 Mandatory Units for this qualification.
One Unit is Optional and recommended where Learners want to progress to further academic study.
