Eligibility Criteria
An ideal candidate would have successfully completed their graduate level program in any disciple with at least 2 years work experience. Candidates not holding Bachelor’s degree but with substantial work experience will also be considered on case to case basis.
Note: The Institute offers Learners Part Time MBA or Executive MBA in Dubai, on weekends, in 1 year. MBA in Marketing, MBA in HR or Operation are the Specializations offered. Distance Learning MBA is also available for executives out of the country.
The Program Progression Structure
Part I
8-10 Modules (Cumulative Credits Requirement: 120 Credits)
Assessment for each module is 100% by Assignment. Students are taught courses, where they learn the concepts, Models or Theories, which they are to apply in the given cases, to come up with solutions or application, essentially based on their organisation, be it in the management of Marketing, Human Resources, Quality, Change, Leadership or Finance.
Part II
Dissertation – (Maximum 60 Credits)
Having secured 120 credits, a candidate is eligible to complete the top up MBA of The University primarily on submission an individual dissertation.
(Minimum 4 months Top –up program)
Note : To apply, holders of Level 7 Diploma (120 credits) are required to have 2 years appropriate work experience and have evidence of IELTS at 6.5 or other equivalent Test score. The top-up will consist of primarily of a course in Research Methods for Managers and Dissertation .
